No Refunds on Delivered Work All creative work delivered under your subscription is non-refundable. Once assets are delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Subscription Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time via email. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain full access to the service until the end of the paid period.

Chargebacks Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us directly may result in immediate suspension of your account and denial of future refunds.

Refund Eligibility A refund may be considered only if:

  • No work has been started on your request

  • A duplicate or erroneous charge occurred

  • Refund is requested within 7 days of the charge

Revision Policy If you are unsatisfied with delivered work, we offer revisions as outlined in your plan before a refund is considered.
