Terms of Service
Last Updated
Welcome to Designline.
These Terms of Service explain how our website, enquiry forms, subscription plans, creative services, and client communication work. By using our website, submitting a form, or working with Designline, you agree to the terms below.
1. About Designline
Designline provides monthly creative support for brands, businesses, and teams that need ongoing design, content, branding, and visual communication services.
Our services may include social media designs, campaign visuals, branding assets, website and UI design, presentations, ad creatives, content design, and other related creative deliverables depending on the selected plan or agreed scope.
2. Website Use
You agree to use the Designline website responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
Misuse the website or its forms
Attempt to disrupt the website or its systems
Submit false, misleading, or harmful information
Copy, reproduce, or misuse website content, visuals, or materials without permission
3. Enquiries and Form Submissions
When you submit a contact form, enquiry form, or subscription-related request, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Submitting a form does not automatically create a client relationship, service agreement, or subscription. Any service, pricing, timeline, deliverables, or working arrangement must be confirmed separately by Designline and the client.
Designline may contact you by email, phone, WhatsApp, or any communication method you provided to discuss your request and next steps.
4. Subscription Plans
Designline offers monthly subscription plans designed to provide ongoing creative support.
Each plan may include different levels of service, such as:
Number of active requests at a time
Creative direction and design support
Turnaround expectations
Communication and project management support
Types of deliverables included
Priority level and scope flexibility
The exact features of each plan are listed on the Pricing page or confirmed separately in writing.
5. Subscription Start
A subscription starts only after:
The client selects or confirms a plan
The scope and working process are agreed
Payment is received or payment terms are approved
The onboarding process is completed where needed
Designline may request brand assets, guidelines, references, access details, briefs, or other materials before starting the work.
6. Monthly Billing
Subscription fees are charged monthly based on the selected plan or custom agreement.
Unless agreed otherwise, payment must be completed before the monthly service period begins.
If payment is delayed, Designline may pause work, delay delivery, or suspend access to the subscription until payment is received.
All fees are non-refundable once the subscription month has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Requests and Active Tasks
Clients may submit creative requests during their active subscription period.
Some plans allow an unlimited request queue, which means the client can add multiple requests to the queue. However, the number of requests handled at the same time depends on the selected plan.
For example:
Starter may include one active request at a time
Growth may include two active requests at a time
Team or custom plans may include a larger or custom workflow
A request is considered active when Designline begins working on it.
8. Turnaround Time
Designline aims to deliver most standard design requests within the estimated turnaround time listed in the selected plan.
Turnaround time may vary depending on:
Complexity of the request
Quality and clarity of the brief
Required content or assets
Feedback speed
Number of active tasks
Revisions needed
Technical or third-party requirements
Turnaround estimates are not guaranteed deadlines unless clearly confirmed in writing.
9. Client Responsibilities
To help Designline deliver high-quality work, the client is responsible for providing:
Clear briefs and objectives
Brand guidelines and assets
Correct text, content, and information
References or examples when needed
Timely feedback and approvals
Access to required platforms or files where applicable
Designline is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, late feedback, unclear briefs, or unavailable assets.
10. Revisions
Designline provides revisions within the agreed scope of the request or subscription plan.
Revisions are intended to refine and improve the original direction, not to create a completely new concept or new deliverable outside the original brief.
A request may be considered a new task if the feedback changes the original direction, objective, format, content, or scope significantly.
11. Scope of Services
Designline’s services focus on creative, design, content, branding, and visual communication support.
Unless specifically agreed in writing, the subscription does not include:
Paid media buying
Printing costs
Stock photography, fonts, or licensed assets
Website development or coding
Advanced 3D production
Full video production or filming
Copywriting in large volumes
Complex strategy workshops
Legal, financial, or compliance consulting
Platform subscription fees or third-party tool costs
Some of these services may be available as add-ons or custom scopes if agreed separately.
12. Pausing or Cancelling a Subscription
Clients may cancel their subscription based on the agreed billing terms.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation applies to the next billing cycle and does not refund the current active month.
If a client pauses, cancels, or stops communication during an active month, Designline is not responsible for completing delayed requests beyond the paid service period unless agreed otherwise.
13. Ownership and Usage Rights
Once the client has paid all required fees, the client receives usage rights for the final approved deliverables created specifically for them.
Designline retains ownership of:
Unused concepts
Drafts and rejected directions
Internal working files
Process files and source files unless agreed otherwise
General methods, systems, templates, and know-how
Editable source files may be provided depending on the plan or agreement.
14. Portfolio Rights
Designline may showcase completed work, final visuals, case studies, or project outcomes in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or marketing materials.
If a project is confidential or cannot be shown publicly, the client must inform Designline in writing before or during the project.
15. Third-Party Assets and Tools
Some work may involve third-party assets or platforms, such as stock images, fonts, mockups, plugins, project management tools, or AI-assisted creative tools.
The client is responsible for any third-party licensing, subscriptions, or usage restrictions unless Designline confirms otherwise in writing.
Designline is not responsible for limitations, errors, or changes caused by third-party platforms or services.
16. Content Accuracy and Approval
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all content, names, numbers, prices, spelling, legal claims, product details, and final information before publishing or using any deliverable.
Designline is not responsible for errors that were approved by the client or caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
17. Confidentiality
Designline will treat client information, briefs, brand materials, business details, and unpublished work with reasonable confidentiality.
Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to unauthorized third parties unless required to deliver the service or comply with legal obligations.
18. Service Availability
Designline aims to provide consistent monthly creative support, but service availability may be affected by holidays, emergencies, technical issues, third-party platform problems, or other circumstances outside our control.
Designline will make reasonable efforts to communicate any expected delays or changes in service availability.
19. Limitation of Liability
Designline is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, reputational harm, or marketing performance outcomes.
Designline’s total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount paid by the client for the active monthly subscription period related to the claim.
20. No Guaranteed Results
Designline provides creative and design services, but does not guarantee specific business results, sales, engagement, followers, leads, conversions, or campaign performance.
The success of creative work may depend on many factors outside Designline’s control, including market conditions, media spending, audience behavior, platform algorithms, and the client’s overall strategy.
21. Changes to Plans or Services
Designline may update, modify, add, or remove plans, features, pricing, or service details from time to time.
Changes do not affect an active paid month unless agreed otherwise. Future renewals may follow the updated pricing or service structure.
22. Termination
Designline may refuse, pause, or terminate service if:
Payment is not completed
The client misuses the service
The client submits illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading content
The requested work falls outside the agreed scope
Communication becomes inappropriate or unreasonable
Continuing the service is no longer possible or suitable
If service is terminated, Designline may deliver completed work that has been paid for, where reasonably possible.
23. Governing Terms
These Terms of Service apply to the use of the Designline website and general service structure.
For custom projects, enterprise plans, or larger scopes, a separate proposal, quotation, contract, or written agreement may apply. If there is a conflict, the signed or written agreement will take priority.
